Return & Exchanges

Our main goal is that you are happy with your purchase. We strive to provide a detailed description of the pieces on our website. Please contact us if you have any questions, or need more information before purchasing. We are here to help.

RETURNS

  • We accept returns either for a full store credit, or a refund minus an 8 % restocking fee. (The restocking fee helps to cover shipping, handling, and credit card costs.)

  • Items purchased with a store credit, or exchanged items, will incur a shipping charge. ($ 18.00 per package to cover costs.) 

 

  • Custom orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable.

 

  • Items returned must be in new, unworn, unaltered condition and sent back with all its packaging.

  • Items must be returned within eight calendar days of the delivery date. The return shipping is paid by the customer, and the item(s) must be insured for the full value with tracking numbers provided to us.

STEP 1

Before returning an item, please contact us at info@bijouarts.com.

STEP 2 

Use a rigid cardboard box for return shipping. An envelope or bubble wrap mailer is not strong enough to ensure damage-free delivery. Items lost in, or damaged during, transit can't be and are not our responsibility.

WARRANTY RETURNS

Our jewelry is warranted against manufacturing defects for 90 days. Extension of this time period is at our discretion. Normal wear and tear and abuse is not covered by this warranty. Please contact us at info@bijouarts.com before sending any items back.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
